Medienos granulių pirkimo – pardavimo sutartis (EN)
Šis medienos granulių pirkimo–pardavimo sutarties šablonas skirtas įmonėms, vykdančioms tarptautinę prekybą medienos granulėmis. Jis detaliai apibrėžia pardavėjo ir pirkėjo teises bei pareigas, susijusias su granulių pardavimu, pristatymu (FAS ar FCA Incoterms 2010), kiekiu, kokybe ir apmokėjimo sąlygomis. Ši sutartis padeda nustatyti aiškią prekybos tvarką, sprendžiant klausimus dėl prekių priėmimo, pretenzijų teikimo, sankcijų ir ginčų sprendimo.

collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as the “Party” concluded this Sales – purchase contract, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” and agreed as follows:
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The Seller shall sell, whereas the Buyer shall buy the pellets, hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”, under the FAS ([address]) or FCA FAS ([address]) terms according to Incoterms 2010.
The Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall buy about [quantity] of the Goods during each heating months.
QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF GOODS
The unit of measure of the Goods is 1 ton (t) of the pellets.
The estimated quantity of the Goods supplied shall be about [quantity].
The Seller has an option to make an offer to the Buyer to increase the quantity of Goods to be delivered each month and the Buyer has an option to accept or refuse extra volume.

Moisture content, Wa: 8.8+/-0.1 %
Calorific value, Q: 18.68+/-0.02
Ash content, A: 0.57+/-0.01 %
Sulphur content: 0.012+/-0.01 %
Bulk density: 667.4 kg/m3
Ashmelt temp : min 1250 C
Maximum dust cont: 3%
The quality of the Goods is to be in strict conformity with the technical data of the manufacturing plant and must be confirmed by the Certificate of Quality, issued by the independent laboratory.
